Desert flower was written by Waris Dirie and Cathleen Miller. It is a very heart-warming story of a women who runes away from her hometown to avoid weeding with older man. It is a real story. This book is based on the incredible life story of the top model Waris Dirie. It is unusual story.
The story set in Somalia. Waris lives with her parents and brothers in the desert when she was a child she was cricumcised. Being thriteen year girl she escaped from her family.When she was eighteen became a model. Here begins her adventure.
The book's orginal story, interesing characters and fast-pased plot are guaranteed to keep readers completly absorbed right the start. The main character is likeable that you feel like you know them personally by the end of the book. We get to know the culture and religious of islam.
This is an extremely orginal story about how to achieve success and don't surreunded. The main character is well-developed and very likeable. The book is full of touching moments.
This is well worth reading. I thoughtly recommend. Flower Desert I've never read anything like it befor. I just couldn't stop turning the pages. If you like surprising ending orginal plot and fashion then is the book for you. You won't be able to put it down! Don't miss it.
